What type of data can pull back and forth?
InterAction+ Cloud API support contacts, activities, and lists objects. Detailed capabilities are outlined in capabilities section above and can also be reviewed via Answer Center.

What are the costs associated with these new integrations?
There is no additional cost to customers to utilize the InterAction+ Cloud API. There are however integration support packages available for Clients and Partners who wish to access API support.
There is no additional cost to customers from InterAction+™ Connector for Microsoft® Power Automate®. Please note that clients need to have a Microsoft Power Automate Premium License to access the connector. LexisNexis Professional Services Team can assist our Clients via Integration Support Packages or scoped API or Power Automate projects if needed.
