Integrating the InterAction+™ Connector for Microsoft® Power Automate®

LexisNexis InterAction+™ is a comprehensive CRM (Customer Relationship Management) solution designed specifically for law firms.

The InterAction+™ Connector for Microsoft® Power Automate® enables seamless integration between InterAction+ and e-marketing tools using low-code/no-code workflows. Law firms can automate key marketing activities—such as syncing contacts, tracking event RSVPs, and managing follow-ups—through a user-friendly drag-and-drop interface.

With ready-to-use actions like Get Contact by Id, Get Lists, and Create Person Contact, the InterAction connector empowers firms to connect third-party applications with InterAction+, streamline operations, and boost client engagement.

Prerequisite

Before creating the connection, ensure that you have a Microsoft® Power Automate® premium license.

Authentication

This custom connector uses OAuth 2.0 for secure access. See Authorization for more information.

Users must sign in with their credentials to grant the connector access to protected resources. The OAuth 2.0 ensures that access tokens are issued securely and refreshed when needed, maintaining session continuity without exposing sensitive user credentials.

Integrating the InterAction+™ Connector for Microsoft® Power Automate®

  1. Open the Connections tab and select New Connection.
  2. In the search bar, type InterAction, then click on the InterAction connector when it appears.
  3. The screen shown below will appear next.
  4. Provide the required details:
    1. App URL - e.g. https://{interactiontenant}.apps.interaction.com
    2. Select your Region from the dropdown menu
    3. Click the Create button.
  5. A login screen will appear. Enter your InterAction+™ credentials, sign in, and proceed to the application scope screen.  
  6. Click the ALLOW button to grant the InterAction+™ Connector for Microsoft® Power Automate® access to your Application Information.
  7. Search for a user for InterAction+™ Connector for Microsoft® Power Automate® to access InterAction+™ and click on SAVE button. 

  8. After successful connection, you’ll see the new connection listed under the Connections tab.
